Senior Shoot in Clipper Mill, Baltimore

Senior year is a whirlwind; and you’ve been waiting forever to get to this point in your life.  Now is the perfect time to slow down and savor the moment.

Anna is a pure city girl, so we wanted to capture that vibe for her session and decided to shoot her senior photos in the Clipper Mill area; a super cool urban destination. There are countless awesome spots in a two block radius – this is definitely one of my favorite spots to shoot, especially for urban inspired seniors!

Anna is a great conversationalist and up for anything – I mean, walking around Clipper Mill in 5” stiletto heels is not for the faint of heart! She goes with the flow, has the most contagious laugh, and is just so high-spirited. We’re both sushi & movie lovers and our happy place is the beach (hint hint: those huts over the crystal clear ocean in bora bora are on both our bucket lists)! Can’t get better than that!

I absolutely loved that she put her heart into preparing for her senior session and together, we planned out every detail! We communicated all throughout the process, met in person to talk details and on the day of her session, she was so ready! I should have gotten a shot of all her outfit options hanging neatly in her car (btw, that’s my pet peeve; absolutely NO wrinkled clothing for your session – you’ll almost find it annoying how many times I’ll repeat that during the planning stages). Her hair & makeup was done professionally and it was on-point! It is not a must, but I definitely highly encourage hiring a good makeup artist!  They know they craft. She definitely has a great sense of style which helps! Check out some of my favorites from that day!
